(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud, Maestría en Proyectos para el Desarrollo Integral de Niños (Virtual), Santa Marta, 2023-08-18) Ortega Muñoz, Breidis; Benavides De Vega, Ligia Inés; Fernandez Daza, Martha
The objective of this study is to analyze the inclusive education processes in boys and girls with learning difficulties, to recognize that inclusion goes beyond diversity that we are all different and it is this difference that makes us learn at different rates. Learning difficulties are manifest disorders that prevent the acquisition of knowledge in its entirety and can occur in specific areas of the brain. For its part, educational inclusion is a model that seeks to meet the learning needs of children to such an extent that it seeks to offer quality education. The type of research in this study was carried out using a cross-sectional and non-experimental design through a mixed analysis of descriptive scope. For this purpose, the Inclusion Index instrument was used. With this design, the indexes of educational inclusion in children with learning difficulties in two educational institutions (IE) in Santa Marta, Colombia, are reported through the analysis of indicators and areas of institutional management.

The emotions are an intrinsic part of human beings and are present throughout life and in different contexts, including schools. However, nowadays schools have focused primarily on intellectual development, neglecting the emotional dimension and ignoring its impact on mental health, psychological adjustment, coexistence, and academic performance. This study arises from the urgent need to develop emotional competencies in students of Primary Education at the Intercultural District Educational Institution "Nueva Colombia de la Sierra Nevada" - Branch 2, in the city of Santa Marta. This will be done through a program based on playful activities tailored to the specific needs of the context. The research was conducted using a mixed-methods approach, which allowed us to gather, analyze, and integrate quantitative data through the application of the Baron's Emotional Intelligence Scale. Additionally, qualitative data analysis was conducted based on a structured interview and a focus group involving primary school teachers directly involved in the study. Following the mixed-methods approach, the project adopted a sequential explanatory design, which involved integrating and interpreting the findings to produce the study report.

The present study was developed under a quantitative approach, since this allowed to show the results using descriptive and inferential statistics. It is of a correlational type, taking into account that it seeks to establish the relationship between social skills and academic performance of adolescents belonging to the population sample, schooled individuals between the ages of 13 to 17 years. The applied instrument was the Social Skills Scale (EHS) and regarding the collection of academic averages, the academic coordination of the educational institution was requested. This was carried out at a time of cross-sectional study. The population sample was established by means of a non-probability sampling for convenience and consists of 55 adolescents from the Octavio Daza Daza School in the city of Valledupar. Among the highlights of the data analysis: the normality of the variables was explored with the Shapiro-Wilk and Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, but also with the Q-Q graph. Additionally, the assumptions of homogeneity of variances and independence of observations were evaluated using the Levene and Wald-Wolfowitz2 tests, respectively, without finding relevant inconsistencies. Within the findings, there was no correlation between social skills and academic performance, however, there are some significant differences between sex and the exercise of these. This finding allows us to suggest the importance of continuing to expand the study of social skills from the educational context, taking into account numerous variables that depend on said context. However, given the relevance that is evidenced in the numerous studies carried out on social skills, where their importance for adaptation to the social environment is highlighted, it is recommended to carry out social skills programs.

The importance of the study of this thesis lies in the role that theories have played during the course of time, such is the case of the "THEORY OF IMPREVISION" with respect to the study and evolution of law, being these a model of application to each branch of the subject that provides us with tools for the defense of many rights, and constituting in many opportunities in jurisprudence of the highest courts with which conflicts of a legal nature are settled, thus fulfilling the true raison d'être of law as an evolutionary science. Going back in time, it can be observed that throughout history there have been attempts to consecrate the Theory of the Imprevision as one of the main oppositions to which one can resort in defense of rights, since it has been fully accepted and has been the subject of consecration of many scholars. Even today, in spite of its wide acceptance, the theory of unforeseeability has not acquired a complete line and development. It is still applied in a partial way, arguing each time different postulates in its acceptance, even more, when the fact of accepting it definitively would imply questioning principles of law that had even become true dogmas, such as the Principle of the Autonomy of Will or the principle of Contractual Liability, among others, to the extent that by accepting that a relative impossibility of economic order, supervening of a contract with projection in time, due to facts totally alien to the parties, may generate the revision of the contract or its termination.
