Overweight and obesity in children and adolescents is related, among other things, to sedentary lifestyle and has become a global health problem, with a prevalence of almost 10%, as most children do not meet the recommended levels of physical activity (Oliveira et al., 2020). Regarding the above, Beltrán et al. (2011) indicates in their research on videogames assets and health that, although there is scientific literature that shares information on how more time d edicated to videogames is related to less physical activity, other works have proposed that they are behaviors that can coexist together.

This state of the art is based on research carried out by undergraduate and graduate students in Colombia, on the role that teachers play in the processes of inclusion in their class. Currently, the idea of training teachers on how to care for students with some kind of disability has been standardized. In Colombia, in recent decades teachers have been offered training spaces and specialized workshops in various educational fields, necessary to work with people with different abilities, also opening opportunities for educational services worldwide where they will achieve experience and development through various workshops, techniques and methods. With the help of the Ministry of Sport in Colombia, it seeks to provide support to public and private educational centers, in areas such as: sports training, language therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, music therapy, mechanotherapy, early stimulation, sign language and braille with the aim of promoting harmonious inclusion.

It is widely recognized that physical activity is a fundamental factor in all stages of life in the human being, thus being considered essential for the improvement of its quality. One of the benefits offered by regular exercise is to strengthen body image, as well as improve aspects related to the heart and bones, it also reduces the risk of chronic diseases, as well as blood pressure, keeps weight under control and minimizes feelings of anxiety and depression (Vidarte et al., 2011). As people increase their energy levels, oxygen capacity, muscle tone, and general fitness, a feeling of general well-being is generated with the body resulting in a secondary benefit such as increased self-esteem. The pressures of modern life on children and young people are having an impact on their self-esteem. Social media, cyberbullying, bullying, body image, early sexualization, academic expectations, student debt, family problems, abuse, gang culture, and global anxiety are just a few of the things that are difficult with that young people are trying to deal with. Self-esteem is how a person feels about himself. Someone with a positive self-esteem will generally approach things thinking that they are a good person, that they deserve love, support, and that they can be successful in life. Someone with low or negative self-esteem will generally think that they are not good at things, that they do not deserve love or support, and that situations will not work out well for them (Rodríguez et al., 2012).
