- Ítem100 años en Colombia de una educación eficaz.(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Facultad de Ciencias Económicas, Administrativas y Contables, Economía, Medellín, 1990-10) Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia; Betancourt, Luis FernandoColombia at the end of the previous century was a succession of fratricidal wars, partisan disputes stopped all possible progress, backwardness and illiteracy reached very high rates of education if there was, but it was very elitist because it was scarce within the nation, even more elitist the one destined in the foreigner for the sons of the great politicians, merchants and landowners. Around the same time, although more precisely from the second half of the last century, an Italian priest of peasant origin and from where an important educational and social experience is extraordinary, brought together in his institution young people and adolescents, poor without future, many of them orphans and all of humble extraction, illiterate and unaware of the most elementary knowledge. Don Bosco's educational experience consisted of teaching-learning an art or trade such as mechanics, typography, carpentry and blacksmithing, which at that time were the most representative profitable and useful trades. This is how the educational experiment was widely disseminated, appreciated and requested by diplomatic delegations by archbishops and authorities in various countries. In Colombia, thanks to President Rafael Núñez, to the constant efforts of his plenipotentiary ministry, General Joaquín Francisco Vélez, and above all to the direct intervention of Pope Leo XIII, the Salesians came to the country in 1890 to establish technical education, founding the first College of arts and crafts in Bogotá, which they called Leo XII in honor of the person who had been the definitive force for the Salesian presence in Colombia.

- Ítem21 años de servicios(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Facultad de Ciencias Económicas, Administrativas y Contables, Economía, Medellín, 1979) Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia; Pérez Medina, JuliánAt the end of this year the INDESCO Cooperative University will celebrate its twenty-one years of work, its birth dates back to the year 1968 when the Ministry of National Education granted the operating license. They have been years of constant work, joining many efforts, a task that, of course, has not been easy. nor has it been sown with roses, but now it is projected throughout the country, even in the midst of logical setbacks, with great dignity. In this case, as in so many others, there was little belief in its success, but the strength of its animators was more powerful and the decision of those who have maintained the work with love, dedication, and hope has been more enthusiastic. That is why at present it is one of the most popular in the country and the one that is carrying out the most effective action in the cooperative field.
- Ítem25 años de Plata(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Facultad de Ciencias Económicas, Administrativas y Contables, Economía. Medellín, 1997-12) López, Jorge HugoSince the day a group of visionaries like Rymel Serrano Uribe, Jaime Serrano Uribe and Carlos Uribe Garzón, among others, decided to found what is now known as the Cooperative University of Colombia, almost forty years have passed. This historical fact is possible if we stick to the creation of the old institute M.M. Coedy. Later, it became the INDESCO Institute, and later, in 1972, INDESCO received approval to use the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia as its corporate name.
- ÍtemA acumulação solidária: os desafios da economia associativa sob a mundialização do capital / Accumulation for solidarity: The challenges of organizational economy under the globalization of capital(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Facultad de Ciencias Económicas, Administrativas y Contables, Economía. Medellín, 2011-07) Cruz, AntonioThe paper, "La acumulación de la solidaridad: los retos de la economía asociativa en la globalización del capital", 2010, Universidad Católica de Pelotas (Ucpel) y la Universidad Federal de Pelotas (Ufpel). analyzes the survival of solidarity economy enterprises in the current period of development of capi- talism, characterized by the economic school of regulation as "the globalization of capital" (or global oligopolistic capital), starting from the Marxist debate on the primitive accumulation of capital and the primitive socialist accumulation (experienced in the process of consolidation of the Soviet Union). From the theoretical formulations of these historical processes and the analysis of contemporary capi talism, this work poses questions about the challenges and the possibilities of solidarity economy to be presented today as a mode of production aspiring to a hegemonic condition in a new social formation.
- ÍtemA base de muchísimos sacrificios: la economía cubana se puede salvar(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Facultad de Ciencias Económicas, Administrativas y Contables, Economía, Medellín, 1992-05) Fletcher, PascalCuba, one of the world's last communist states, is going through one of the worst economic crises in its modern history. But it is facing the situation successfully, its leaders said. Hit but not beaten by the disappearance of its main trading partner and supplier, the former Soviet Union, the Caribbean state has so far defied the predictions of those who said its economy would collapse in a matter of months. Its leaders have adopted a varied survival strategy that combines basic solutions, such as increasing food production, with ambitious forays into the worlds of foreign investment, tourism and biotechnology.
- Ítem"A cada uno de nosotros corresponde una responsabilidad"(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Facultad de Ciencias Económicas, Administrativas y Contables, Economía. Medellín, 1997-05) Serpa Uribe, HoracioI think that this is the great responsibility that falls to us. I am one of the optimistic Colombians, of those who know the country, of those who have been talking to people for a long time, recognizing their values, warning themselves that in the midst of so much decrepitude, such constant tragedies, such enormous difficulties, there are deep reserves in the women and men of Colombia that will be enough to, hopefully very quickly, redirect the path and then lead our country towards those longed-for destinations. Today's graduates, under the auspices of this very important University, will undoubtedly have a very important participation in the achievement of such objectives. With your help, with everyone's help. So be it, because Colombia needs it.

- ÍtemA propósito de la condecoración "Escudo de Antioquia" a la UCC(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Facultad de Ciencias Económicas, Administrativas y Contables, Economía. Medellín, 1997-12) Pérez García, César AugustoWhen I was notified that the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia in its Medellín Branch had been distinguished with the "Shield of Antioquia" award, I experienced deep satisfaction at the recognition that the Departmental Government Council gave to an institution that from its modest beginnings , back in 1972 and during these 25 years, has done nothing but fight with courage, enthusiasm and willingness to serve for the aggrandizement and development of Antioquia and Colombia and for the well-being of the community.
- ÍtemA propósito de la necesaria valoración de bienes y servicios no mercadeables en las cooperativas / About the necessary valuation of untradeable goods and services in the cooperatives(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Facultad de Ciencias Económicas, Administrativas y Contables, Economía. Medellín, 2009-07) Álvarez Rodríguez, Juan Fernando; Molina Moreno, Valentin; Hernández Perlínez, Felipe; Martin Lopez, Victor ManuelMost cooperatives do not report the valuation of non-marketable goods and services they produce. In times of crisis, this absence creates a tendency to associate the production of these goods as an unsustainable expense, which is strengthened to the extent that management decisions are made with calculable, verifiable, and comparable data. In this context, the valuation of non-marketable goods and services is constituted as a central element to report, in a more appropriate way, the fulfillment of cooperative social responsibility. From the study of the main trends in this topic, calculation methodologies are proposed for some cooperatives, some opinion polls about their applicability in the autonomous community of Castilla - La Mancha are reported, and the main conclusions of the discussions are pointed out. that in this regard have been carried out by the Chair of Cooperative Studies of the Castilla - La Mancha University and the Fundación Caja Rural de Toledo. The preliminary conclusions show how this type of study can be useful to strengthen the social responsibility report, strengthen the productive nature of cooperatives and the visibility of their activities. However, it is necessary to carry out multiple calculation exercises that allow observing trends that are manifested in turn in easily applicable and economically viable reporting methodologies
