A propósito de la deficiencia en la oferta educativa de nivel superior para personas con discapacidad.

This paper aims to review the issue of disability from the political, social and educational perspectives, specifically about the lack of a higher education offer for people with disabilities (hereinafter PWD). Thus, a search was made of articles published in Colombia and other countries related to the situation of the educational offer at the higher level and about programs created to strengthen the educational and labor inclusion of the PWD; in this sense, it was evident, during this review, that most of the time what is proposed by these institutions does not allow or have the necessary adjustments for a complete inclusion, and therefore many students in disability condition decide to defect worsening, even more, their situation. On the other hand, the public policies proposed by the different national entities exhibit broadly developed rights, theoretically, but with an ineffective practical application, a situation that is aggravated by society's lack of knowledge about PWD. Regarding higher education, although programs and guidelines have been designed, just a few of institutions have decided to generate inclusion processes due to the structural, curricular changes and the teaching requirements that are needed for this type of population, while those institutions that offer that type of programs have very few places or limited knowledge about the subject. Finally, information and communication technologies (henceforth ICT) will be highlighted as a tool that implies a paradigmatic change, fostering a social and educational transformation in the field of education, enabling the generation of teaching and learning processes that are especially relevant for PWD.
Abordaje de los procesos de lectura y escritura desde la metodología multisensorial como recurso didáctico para docentes de educación inicial

The present research has the general objective of designing a multisensory experimental practical laboratory for early childhood teachers for the teaching of reading and writing processes in children of the Robert Owen School. This laboratory was directed to 10 teachers, 6 of them kinder garden and first grade teachers; and 4 rotating teachers in areas such as English, Computer science, physical education and Arts; school located in the city of Bogotá. This research was developed taking into account the qualitative methodological approach through an action research design (Descriptive); directing the present investigation in the following phases; Diagnostic phase, in which data collection was carried out through surveys that led us to identify the learning needs and at the same time the population with which we worked was characterized; Intervention phase, supported by theorists such as Verlee Williams, Daniel Cassany, Villalva and Antoranz, to design the multisensory experimental practical laboratory that addresses the reading and writing process that allowed the strengthening of said processes; Implementation phase, the multisensory experimental practical laboratory was executed, which was worked through in 4 workshops (brain, visual sense, auditory sense and kinesthetic sense) emphasized in the dynamics of the acquisition of reading and writing, observing thus the reaction of teachers to multisensory methodology and their pedagogical practice; Reflection and execution phase; In this phase, the basic and clear tools were available that allowed to complete the research process and recognize the impact on teaching pedagogical practice; in turn, the information collected during the entire investigation process is described and interpreted.
Academic performance and its relation with intrinsic factors in engineering students

The association between academic performance, self-regulation, psychological well-being and cognitive processes was studied in 950 students of the engineering programs of the University of Cartagena between 2014 and 2016. The academic performance was evaluated by survey from the dimensions defined by Valle-Santos et. al (2013): conceptual performance, procedural performance and global performance. Self-regulation and cognitive processes were evaluated using the instrument designed by Lindner et al (1993) called "Inventory of Self-Regulation of Learning". Psychological well-being was assessed using the psychological wellbeing scale, formulated by Ryff & Keyes (1995). For the relationship analysis, the variables were crossed and the bar diagrams and the 2x2 contingency tables were constructed applying the Chi-Square independence test. The values of 0.90, 0.89 and 0.91 for Cronbach's alpha allowed to validate the instruments: Inventory of Self-regulation of Learning, academic performance and psychological well-being, respectively. The results indicate that there is a significant degree of statistical significance (p <0.05) between academic performance with self-regulation of learning (p = 0.032), psychological well-being (p = 0.0000) and cognitive processes (p = 0.0009) at a level of 95% confidence. This means that the engineering student is an emotionally stable student, who is comfortable with the chosen career and has a high degree of abstraction, analysis and competence.

The main objective of this research project is to determine the motivation and lack of motivation towards the physical education class in the different schools in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga, with a special emphasis on one of the actors directly involved, the student. The approach adopted is mixed; with it, both quantitative and qualitative data information was collected, analysed and linked. The sample is made up of 1115 students from different schools in the Bucaramanga metropolitan area, from 5th grade of primary school to 11th grade of secondary school, ranging in age from 9 to 19 years old. As a research tool, a survey with closed items was applied to them in order to determine some factors of motivation and demotivation. The collection technique was carried out virtually using Google Forms and the statistical analysis was done by using SPSS. It was concluded that several alternatives can be incorporated in the pedagogical field for a better motivation of the students.

Las actividades extracurriculares como estrategia didáctica para favorecer el desempeño de la comprensión lectora en el área de inglés de los estudiantes de sexto y séptimo grado en una institución de Bucaramanga

This investigation focuses on applying didactic strategies to strengthen, thus exploring which activities are the most appropriate for this skill and what academic impact they can have in the classroom. That allows the teacher to consider more options regarding planning his English class, as explained by Caro, Marín, and González (2018); the fact of considering the pedagogical act also tends to discover possible frustrations and attitudes of the practitioner that are not often analyzed in detail, and that may be the cause why the planning or execution of the classes does not work or turn out as planned. The objective of the pedagogical proposal is to test the effectiveness of some extracurricular activities within the classroom to enhance the reading comprehension of sixth and seventh-grade students of the "Rebaño del Señor" school. For this purpose, the following three activities were implemented: Reading Little Red Riding Hood and dramatization, and two card games called "Common Threads" and "Mad Gab.". It's important to highlight that these activities were proposed in response to the diagnosis made, which indicates that the students' average level is A1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The implementation results yielded different conclusions, such as the motivation and interest of students in new and innovative strategies that include cognitive, procedural, and attitudinal skills.

La investigación “actos de habla de estudiantes del grado décimo en el contexto de una institución educativa privada en Girón, Santander”. La pregunta que guio el proceso fue ¿Por qué se caracterizan los actos de habla que utilizan los estudiantes de décimo grado en el contexto de una institución educativa privada de Girón-Santander?; el objetivo general caracterizar los discursos orales y escritos presentes en este grupo social. Para alcanzar este objetivo se identificaron los fenómenos eufemísticos y disfemísticos, las variables y variantes lingüísticas que se evidencian en su comunicación. Para caracterizar los actos de habla, se partió de las consideraciones teóricas de Secarle quien afirma que los actos de habla son las unidades de la comunicación tales como hacer enunciados, dar órdenes, plantear preguntas, hacer promesas; Moreno Fernández la comunidad de habla, Londoño la comunidad lingüística y lengua, Geertz el concepto de cultura, Carnoy el fenómeno disfemistico, Casas el fenómeno eufemismo y Coseriu sobre lingüística.

This research project aims to promote reading and writing processes, contextualizing the processes of curricular adaptation for boys and girls in elementary school with disorders and / or learning difficulties at the José Acevedo y Gómez IED school. To this end, in a first stage, through a survey applied to the 14 participating teachers, the areas of knowledge that present the greatest recurrence in disorders and / or learning difficulties in the students were identified, later instruments were adapted to perform the characterization of the processes specific to reading and writing in those that presented greater difficulty, the same ones that in a final stage will offer support to establish the curricular adaptations that each student will require. The present project is based on the design of educational action research, as a continuous, reflective and systematic process, through which the teacher identifies problems, reflects and acts to improve the teaching-learning process. Instruments given by the Secretary of Education of Bogotá were taken and adapted, so that the institution and the teachers welcome them as a support tool and thus monitor and control the actions to be carried out to offer assistance to students with possible disorders and / or difficulties. of learning. Adopción de la virtualidad académica: percepciones de los actores de una institución educativa oficial en contraste con un colegio privado en el marco de la pandemia por covid 19

This papper is an exercise derived from an investigation that was carried out at the national level in two public and private educational institutions that sought to analyze the factors that had the greatest and least incidence in the educational field from the perceptions of representative actors and with this, the incidence of academic virtuality within the teaching-learning process within the framework of the COVID 19 pandemic. It is addressed from the perspective of the educational community represented by rectors, teaching directors, teachers, students and parents of two educational institutions located in Bogotá D.C and Florencia-Caquetá in front of their experience during the academic virtuality during March 2020 and June 2021. For this purpose, a qualitative study was carried out with a phenomenological approach where, based on in-depth interviews, it was possible to understand the lived experiences of the aforementioned actors during the academic virtuality due to COVID 19. This research produced the contrasting of the academic virtuality of two educational institutions with the purpose of identifying the factors that affected the academic field. Based on the findings of the research resulting from the analysis of the experiences, the elaboration of a digital material with strategies for the leveling of learning and the prevention of school dropout in the context of the post- pandemic was proposed.
La afectividad como estrategia motivacional para la formación flexible en los niñas, Niños y Adolescentes del Instituto Distrital para la Protección de la Niñez y la Adolescencia Unidad de Protección Integral “La 27”.

The present research project aims to identify and intervene in the reality of the district Institute for the protection of children and adolescents (IDIPRON) in search of positive transformations in the conduct of the NNA (boys, girls and teenagers), this was purpose to design and implement a strategy based on the affectivity of the NNA in the comprehensive protection unit the 27, the analysis was conducted in 15 students in grades of basic high school at ages ranging from 13 to 18 years. The research was based on experiences from the conflicts presented by the NNA in the boarding school from coexistence, educational processes, standard resistance, evasion, auto aggression and use of psychoactive substances. From the research implementation based on affectivity as motivational strategy could strengthen the good relations between students and teachers creating better linkages, therefore it can be concluded that the development of affectivity in each of the moments of learning, habits are transformed and routines of classroom work, stimulated the taste for learning, it also developed interest and appropriation of knowledge by the students. The theoretical analysis is based Alonso Garcia, Azcoaga and Olivares postulates, which makes the teacher to learn some of the difficulties faced by students, and contributes as a contribution for teaching strategies are generated to through affection for teachers.
