    This document addresses the issue of femicide in Colombia and how the application of the mitigation of anger and intense pain in judicial pre-agreements perpetuates gender violence and violates women's rights. The objective of the research project is to document the argumentative and procedural contexts of the femicides processed via pre-agreement in the criminal courts of the Municipality of Pasto between 2016 and 2020, using a qualitative methodology based on the review of virtual files and international instruments on Human Rights. of the woman.
