In this report is detailed the realization of social practice, business and solidarity through the link to the "Young State" program, presented as a degree modality for obtaining the title of systems engineer. In this practice, corrective and preventive actions were taken in the technological management of the information systems of the National Registry of Civil Status at the departmental level. Technical support was provided in the management of computer hardware and software to each of the municipal registries of the department. In the same way, the database system was managed in response to any requirement of the administrative staff. Support was also given to the entire electoral process led by the entity in 2018 throughout the country.

ISO 20000 is a quality standard created by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and is used for the certification of IT management and support services. It is an update of the BS 15000 standard that has managed to reorganize its contents to align them with other international standards. This work refers to the support for the preparation and updating of documentation for the recertification of the ISO / IEC 20000-2: 2011 STANDARD of the NUEVASTIC company through the development of activities that will be carried out such as: the initial diagnosis of the company, the development of operational process diagrams, the creation and updating of documents for the improvement of the process and contingency plans for the processes of the company named above. Said recertification of the standard allows changes in the company leading to better control of it, providing a clear vision of the future and compliance with the requirements of good practices under the standard.

For this reason, the company incivil s.a.s. It has opted for the preparation of a balanced scorecard or a bsc (balance score card) for its acronym in English, which will allow the entity to measure and control the management indicators in the quality, sst and environment systems that at the same time, you will be able to verify and verify its correct operation and performance within the entity using this tool. It is interested in applying the bsc in two of its three management systems, which would be sgc and sst, which will allow them first-hand to know and verify the operational status of their system and the degree to which it meets its objectives. This is how the elaboration and adaptability of the Manuals of functions within organizations become a useful instrument, taking into account that they are responsible for assigning the respective functions within each of the areas. For this reason, this work begins, which consists of the update of the manual of functions for the company FREEZ INGENIERIAS SAS, for whose structure requires their efficiency, effectiveness and functionality in each of the areas taking into account and defining the profiles for each of the charges. The present work is done as a requirement of business practice in the Industrial Engineering career, proposes to adapt the manual of functions for the company FREEZ INGENIERIAS SAS, which facilitates to know the internal operation in terms of description of tasks, location, requirements and to the jobs responsible for its execution, hoping that it will contribute to the general decision-making work of the same and that it will be used as a basis for the work of auditing, evaluation of human resources, and the evolution of charges to Inside the company, as well as increasing the efficiency of the employees, telling them what they should do and how they should do it, aligned with the vision and mission set by the organization. Each of the manuals were adapted in specific and characteristic formats for each work, describing in them the type of responsibility and commitment in order to organize the work.

The purpose of this work is to update the manual of functions for labor competencies including the guidelines established in resolution 0312 of 2019, for the company METALPAR SAS of the city of Neiva in such a way that allows employees to be educated about their responsibilities in front of the minimum standards of obligatory fulfillment of the system of management of the security and health in the work. For its later development, a diagnosis was made, performing an analysis of the manuals of current functions with the purpose of verifying its last update date, general and specific components of the position. In addition, data collection instruments were designed. With the information obtained, a substantial improvement was made in the organization chart, the manual of functions and procedures was updated. Likewise, a survey was designed and developed as a performance evaluation tool to be applied periodically in the organization. Finally, the respective suggestions were made, taking into account the results obtained in each of the phases of the work.
