Therefore it was developed into a viable alternative in the process of notes and averages with the implementation in a technological platform based on a web application which will allow you to complete the process of entering, modifying and searching for notes, it will also allow you to see your average and the grade. final this process will be done more quickly and safely with the application will also take better management of information and reduce the margin of error in the process, this project is intended to be carried out in San Jose Obrero del Espinal Tolima school improving its administrative quality streamlining its processes by preventing the manual process that is being done in the institution reducing time, and money without mentioning the large amount of paperwork that accumulates as supports the notes of each of its students.

Computer technology has become a fundamental part of the growth and development of companies and educational institutions, since it provides control tools and security in the handling of data. In order to improve and establish efficiency in the business process through new technological alternatives, which offer different management tools for the continuous improvement of the daily activities of educational institutions and in order to meet the needs of its users and offer a better service in educational institutions. For this reason we will use the development of a viable alternative in the process of class attendance with the implementation of a technological platform whereby the Liceo María José de Espinal Educational Institution performs the process of registration and verification of attendance in a more fast, effective and safe when handling information, avoiding the manual process that is being done in the institution, thus ensuring greater control in the entry of their students. Where the teachers, coordinators could know if the students attended the class to take the necessary measures on time. As mentioned above, this platform is a software that offers a very intuitive, easy-to-use interface that has the necessary elements so that users who use this service (teachers, coordinators) can consult about the status of students at this Institution. It will improve the storage, updating, modification of data and the generation of reports.

Thus, for the development of the project, the RUP methodology that is applied frequently in good practices for teamwork will be used, obtaining the best possible result in its product stages for the benefit it brings, such as reusability. software, reduces maintenance complexity (extensibility and ease of change) and makes prototyping easy. Especially where the requirements are changing for innovation, competitiveness, productivity and flexibility. For the shift assignment process, select an agile, friendly and user-accessible application so that you can assign appointment assignments without any time, using this tool to streamline processes and provide better user service. This application will be used primarily for the benefit of users who wish to acquire the service, since by streamlining processes, the time that the client will invest in any procedure that the company will offer will also decrease, and therefore it will decongest the appointment crossing and contracts for delegated technical personnel for different work activities. What allows the service to be much faster is the implementation of the RUP methodology, the quality also generates great benefits for the company not only associated with the ease of services in relation to the acquisition of them by customers, but that also, in terms of its structure, reduces the complexity of maintenance, that is, it allows greater extensibility to be carried out and therefore it is easier to handle the changes that the application requires. Finally, the results obtained through the use of the SAC tool (appointment allocation system, from this moment it will be cited with the respective initials) are given in the optimization of processes and reduction of the time associated with each task performed in the company , without forgetting that when analyzing the RUP methodology throughout the implementation of the application it is necessary to point out that said methodology can be adapted and expanded to meet the needs of any organization and the organizational benefits for easier maintenance with adequate and modifications Modifications local .
