- ÍtemDiseñar e Implementar Una Estrategia de Trabajo Colaborativo a Partir de la Herramienta Tecnológica de Google Docs en la Oficina de Prensa y Protocolo de la Alcaldía Municipal de Barrancabermeja(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Facultad de Ciencias Económicas, Administrativas y Contables, Especialización en Docencia Universitaria, Barrancabermeja, 2018-09-27) Herrera Bran, Sandra Marcela; Hadd Ovalle, Wilmer Hernandohe objective of this research is to design and implement a collaborative work strategy based on computer tools (or the cloud) in the Press and Protocol office of the Municipal Government of Barrancabermeja, which is based on the need to streamline the contents of reports, news and other documents that should be worked in groups, to incorporate the contributions of professionals from different perspectives, contributing to the implementation of the action plan developed in this unit. In the methodology used, the guidelines of the mixed approach were used, since part of the diagnosis was applied to the staff by applying a survey, compiling the quantitative data, but also in the group work the narrative interviews were important at the time of the training on the use of This technological tools, which was implemented and could be made a later evaluation, on the advantages and conveniences of google.doc as a collaborative work strategy, allowing finally to gather the experience to develop the user manual for the application.
- ÍtemEstrategia de capacitación para cuidadores de personas con enfermedad de alzheimer(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud, Maestría en Educación, Bucaramanga, 2020-09-22) Caro Contreras, Ana Inés; Corzo Vergara, Zuliedt; González Niño, Javier; Plata Pabón, Maribel; Montero Cádiz, Manuel Medardo; Porras González, Nohora InésThe World Health Organization (2019) recognizes dementia as a public health problem, whose annual incidence is approximately 10 million cases; it is estimated that by 2030 people with dementia worldwide will exceed 80 million, Alzheimer's disease being the most frequent type of dementia. Although the presence of this pathology is not exclusive to elderly, it is the age group most affected by this condition. Taking care of a person with Alzheimer requires a therapeutic approach that, in addition to basic care, includes planned and permanent cognitive stimulation, so that the deterioration delays and the preserved faculties enhance. There are large gaps in the knowledge of caregivers of people with the Alzheimer disease, as well as the need to implement educational strategies aimed at achieving significant learning that positively affects the caregiver's work and, therefore, quality of life of their patients. Objective: To design a training strategy for caregivers of people with the Alzheimer disease in nursing homes in Bucaramanga. Method: Qualitative study of ethnographic type. Quantitative (questionnaires) and qualitative (interview) techniques were used to collect the data, which were systematized and analyzed with statistical programs. Results: To identify the knowledge related to the Alzheimer disease and its assistance of 30 caregivers a diagnosis was carried out. Findings showed that caregivers had a high percentage of ignorance about this disease. Based on the results and considering national and international regulations, a training strategy for caregivers of people with Alzheimer was designed. Experts in the fields of health and education validated this training strategy. Implications: It is expected that with the implementation of this training strategy caregivers gain knowledge about how to take care of people with Alzheimer and implement it in their daily practice, thus improving those people quality of life.
- ÍtemImpacto de las Herramientas Tecnológicas Para El Fortalecimiento De Las Competencias Informáticas En Los Estudiantes Del Jardín Infantil Mis Huellitas(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Facultad de Ciencias Económicas, Administrativas y Contables, Especialización en Docencia Universitaria, Barrancabermeja, 2018-09-27) Meneses Hernandez, Didier José; Baraja Florez, Evelia Yaneth; Toro Martinez, Luis FernandoThe main purpose of the research proposal was to analyze the effect of technological tools in the classroom for the strengthening of computer skills in Transition children at the Kindergarten "Mis Huellitas" Educational Institution, located in the city of Barrancabermeja. From the theoretical point of view, it was based on the postulates of the National Directorate of Curriculum and Educational Technology (Meduca, 2012), complemented by pedagogical theories proposed by Piaget (Regader, Psicologia educativa y del desarrollo, 2016) and Lev Vygotsky (Regader, Psicología educativa y del desarrollo, 2016), among others. As for methodological analysis, the work is considered descriptive, with a quasi-experimental design and field observation. The study population consisted of 40 children, students of the transition grade, who were organized into two groups (20 students each) for the purposes of comparative analysis, so that the control group and the experimental group were had. Data were collected using an observation list data collection instrument with a response scale. With regard to the results, it is important to note that there is a low level of development of computer skills at the time of the start of the project, under these conditions a 20-hour plan was applied using the digital board; from the implementation of the plan the impact of the tool on the development of computer skills in students was evaluated.
