(FUNDIHECO)(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Facultad de Ciencias Económicas, Administrativas y Contables, Administración de Empresas, Bogotá, 2022-11) Zapata Sotto, Bonny Alejandra; Vanegas Calderón, Camilo Andrés; Villarraga Villarraga, Yeison; Guarín Salazar, MilkiadesThe present document was developed in 3 steps, in the first one a situation analysis was carried out by means of which it was sought to identify and all possible difficulties, failures, opportunities and risks, which were present in the Foundation Dignity Heroes for Colombia (FUNDIHECO), at the administrative level, this taking into account that between 2018 and 2022 its assets decreased considerably because of the reduction in the number of affiliates, which currently are 30. For the second stage, a marketing study was conducted by means of a survey to both affiliated and non-affiliated personnel seeking to know the opinion of the affiliates regarding the services that the FUNDIHECO foundation offers, as well as what would motivate people to affiliate to the foundation. Finally for the third and last stage, after data collection and analysis, alternative solutions where proposed and designed with the only objective of publicizing the foundation, the services and benefits of belonging to it both in social networks and in public events, among which are a new advertising design where all the benefits and services offered by the FUNDIHECO Foundation are related.
