The transport of dangerous goods is one of the main activities that is generated every time, that these in most situations, represents a fundamental component as a raw material for the elaboration, from medicines for the cure of diseases to the power to supply our most advanced fuel vehicle. This document presents a Project under the MGA methodology, with its formulation for the adaptation, provision and operation of an Integrated Service Center for City, which can be implemented by the Territorial Entities of the department of San Andres, Providencia and Santa Catalina, presented as an alternative solution to the existing problem, once the established preconditions are met. The constructive guidelines for the adaptation of a property, the provision of equipment to execute this type of project and its estimated budget are included. Likewise, the mechanisms that can be used for its operation and maintenance are indicated.

The control and facilitation of Trade, in everything related to customs procedures, is an important part of the negotiation agenda of the World Trade Organization (WTO), of the trade policy of the countries and other international organizations; in addition to the respective chapters in the commercial, regional and bilateral agreements signed by Colombia for important participants in the international trade activity. Such importance lies in the need to carry out initiatives to reduce costs and simplify business procedures, in this order of ideas the objective of this work is to examine some issues that should be the subject of study by the importers of the industrial sector for identify shortcomings that make it possible to establish continual improvement plans in the merchandise clearance process, emphasizing national and international regulations and the tools that government entities provide to achieve the objectives of control, expansion and facilitation through transparency and transparency. This document was made based on the provisions agreed in the Framework Agreement of the Pacific Alliance, with the purpose of providing an overview of the agribusiness sector, its advantages, disadvantages and prospects in this pact with regional crater. Due to the new business models that have emerged in the financial markets as a result of the use of information and communication technologies, and the profound transformations that have been evidenced in Internet banking services, this chapter aims to analyze from a comparative point of view the evolution of digital banking in Colombia and India during the period 2000-2019. To this end, the origin of digital banking in both countries is identified. Then, it analyzes the evolution and impact that has brought the digitalization of banking in the two economies. In addition, the digital banking models where the countries have the best performance are presented. Finally, conclusions and recommendations that each country should follow to correct weak aspects of this economic activity are presented.

This research work consists of the competitive analysis of the supply chain of agricultural and livestock SMEs of the department of Magdalena banana and palm sector, based on market competitiveness. Through this investigation it was possible to analyze aspects that contemplate the deficit of this competitive market. For the development of the study, it was based on authors such as Porter (2017), Ballou (2004), Soret (2010), Blackwell and Stephan (2002) among others. The type of study is the documentary, with a non-experimental and transectional design and in which two variables were analyzed throughout the investigation; The perception that SMEs manage is to say (they do not have a vision beyond their own limits), and the resources they have to optimally perform their work and have a great performance in the market. The above favored for the formulation of conclusions, which aims to encourage SMEs to achieve a perspective of market competitiveness superior to those they possess to make decisions and thus be a fundamental piece to achieve the goal of being prestigious companies, quoted, enterprising in the business world. After having analyzed all this process it can be concluded that one of the main causes of errors is the fact that SMEs are not performing correctly, since their performance is not suitable for them to be recognized in the industry. In order to train entrepreneurs with a perspective beyond what they are used to.

He purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence the increase in competitiveness and the optimization of the productive processes within the distribution centers, which are indispensable for the organizations at the time of remaining and staying in force before the demands of the current globalized market. The main contribution of this work is to provide guidelines and directions to increase competitiveness and optimization in the logistics and the business sector of the city, hoping that the application of these might generate a positive impact on the innovative ecosystem of the district of Santa Marta. The technique used to obtain the data was centered on a documentary compilation of academic databases, as well as a bibliographic review and documentary analysis of secondary and governmental sources that investigate competitive factors and process optimization in companies, with the aim of generating discussion and analysis in this regard from the perspective of both the authors and professional experts in the area of knowledge.

Smart containers allow international trade to be safer, more effective and fruitful. This is because they bring with them the incorporation of updated industries that allow greater conservation of products with perishable characteristics, the protection of the merchandise avoiding smuggling or opening of the container, the collection of essential data for commercial operators and the automation of processes through the interconnection of these with the help of tools such as Big Data and Blockchain. In this order, the present research aims to analyze the use of smart containers and the lessons derived for Colombia and Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), taking the South Korean experience as a case study. To achieve this, the origin and evolution of smart containers within the digitalization and optimization of international trade processes is identified. Then, the use of smart containers in South Korean ports is recognized. And, finally, the lessons learned from the Korean experience with smart containers for Colombia and LAC are analyzed.
