- ÍtemAnálisis comparado de la adopción de gobierno abierto en países de América Latina(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Facultad de Derecho, Derecho, Bogotá, 2020-12-30) Barreto Granada, Piedad Lucía; Osorio Sanabria, Mariutsi AlexandraOpen Government (GA) is a new concept that proposes conversational scenarios with the citizen that could make a difference in the co-construction of modern democracies. The purpose of this article is to evaluate if the implementation of GA policies has improved the capacity of the State to meet the needs of citizens. This descriptive comparative research includes a review of the scientific literature and analysis of the GA action plans of Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Uruguay. The results show that there is an effort to generate conversational models, coincidences in activities to do transparent the management of public resources and the opening of the judiciary in the way of building an open justice to overcome a crisis of confidence.

- ÍtemEstrategia pedagógica para la enseñanza de la Constitución Política en la construcción de competencias ciudadanas en Vista Hermosa, Meta, Colombia(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia campus Villavicencio Derecho, 2022-12-20) Carrillo, Yudy A.; Carrillo, Yudy A.; Marin, Laura M.The objective of this study was to create a pedagogical strategy for the teaching of the Political Constitution of Colombia, which would contribute to the construction of citizenship competencies in the children of the Municipality of Vista Hermosa, Meta, which, before the peace process of the year 2016, suffered directly the violence of armed groups outside the law. Method: through the cuadernia platform, which has a creative commons license, recreational activities were developed to learn the principles and rights enshrined in the 1991 Political Constitution. 25 students from the fourth and fifth grade of elementary school from the Los Centauros Educational Center participated. La Esperanza headquarters, between 9 and 12 years old. Results: it was demonstrated that through the digital platform and the activities designed, the children learned basic constitutional concepts and an useful tool for teaching the Political Constitution was given to the teachers of this region. Conclusion: The pedagogical strategy used can be replicated in other regions of Colombia, mainly in this time of pandemic, since it does not require internet and contributes to compliance with article 41 of the Constitution.

These fast paced changes entail a truly complex reality for the practice that requires the attention of bioethics, law, and politics. At present, surrogate motherhood is a valid option for, among others, male same-sex couples who wish to be parents. However, legal and economic barriers that bring about inequity and injustice remain. Therefore, it becomes necessary to analyse and synthesise these topics.

This review was conducted in the SCOPUS database and focused on the following as the main topics: 1. Financial aspects, 2. Repositories, 3. Education, 4. Academic community's perception of OA resources, 5. Tools, 6. Policies, 7. Institutions, 8. Stakeholders, and 9. Impact. Out of these topics, the financial aspect, especially in OA’s publication costs, was identified as driving great interest among researchers in the field. On the other hand, the study of the impact of OA is a subject little examined. Although research on OA in the higher education sector analyzes different perspectives and describes advances, challenges, and concerns, it is fair to conclude that OA encourages the creation and dissemination of knowledge and academic communication
- ÍtemTrabajo digno y decente, derrota social y suicidalidad en población colombiana(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, 2023-03-02) Bedoya Cardona, Erika Yohanna; Montoya Agudelo, Cesar Alveiro; Garzón Correa, Camilo Andrés; Montoya Agudelo, Cesar Alveiro; Garzón Correa, Camilo Andrés; Bedoya Cardona, Erika Yohanna; Bedoya Cardona, Erika BedoyaThe World Health Organization defines health as a state of well-being that allows to face stress, work productively and contribute to the community; but annually it reports high affectation to health in the workplace. The objective of the study is to describe the relationship between decent work indicators, social defeat and suicide in the Colombian population. The results indicate that a large part of the participants has access to education, employment, social security, high perception of opportunities, contribution to society, possibility of improvement in quality of life, low perception of social defeat and risk of suicide. However, few have an indefinite term contract, time for sports or recreational activities, consider insufficient wages for quality of life, have no space for dialogue on working conditions, and have been victims or witnesses of mobbing. There was a relationship between social defeat and suicide with work or academic situation, insufficient salary for quality of life, not having space for dialogue and discussion of conditions and work activities, and having been a victim or witness of mobbing or other situation of labor abuse.
