- ÍtemEstrategias de gestión ambiental en las organizaciones ecoturísticas de Cañaveral Arrecifes Parque Tayrona(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas, Contables y Comercio Internacional, Comercio Internacional, Santa Marta, 2017) Vega Peña, Eliana Karina; Ruiz Cabezas, Merci RocióThe strategies of environmental management acquire relevance in the organizations that provide tourist services in the sector Cañaveral-Arrecifes National Natural Park Tayrona, seeking to relate the economic activity with the protection of the biodiversity and thus contribute to the Sustainable Development. Tourism is a constantly growing economic sector as well as deterioration of natural resources, where good ecotourism practices in protected areas become strategies and tools of high priority for the mitigation of these environmental impacts. To achieve this objective, the qualitative methodology was proposed (Hernández, Fernández & Baptista 2010); Techniques such as documentary analysis, qualitative observation and unstructured interviewing were used. As a result, organizations lack environmental tools and strategies that allow them to reduce the environmental impacts of this activity. It is concluded that the organizations attribute economic importance to this protected area, but are not aware of the importance and ecological function that contributes to the sustainability of the quality of life.
