As a result of the fact that work-related stress is one of the main pathologies that affect employees who perform customer service positions, where they are physically and mentally affected, and their service levels are lowered, it was decided to develop an investigation that establishes if there is any relationship between the rating given by the clients in terms of quality of service and the high levels of stress or Burnout Syndrome presented by employees in the commercial area. Basing the investigation on a correlational descriptive study and associated with the Pearson correlation coefficient, we can identify the complete independence between the variables proposed, resulting in a negative correlation that shows that despite the stress levels, the qualification of the service continues to be optimal and stable.
