From the request of the BAKATA ENVIRONMENTAL COOPERATIVE, to receive the support of an international trade group to meet their needs in the commercial area of their entity, the intervention process of 3 students of the UNIVERSIDAD COOPERATIVA DE COLOMBIA of the faculty of economic and administrative sciences, in order to develop their degree project. Initially, a preliminary draft is given to the area of solidarity monitors based on the need to formulate a commercial structure without antecedent of any previous intervention. Later in the month of February we entered the first stage (recognition of the organization and its partners) to identify their main economic activities and the products and services to offer, for this we made a field visit from which the idea of designing an observation guide to find the positive and negative aspects. At the time when these aspects were already in place, a SWOT model was formulated to develop commercial change strategies. Of course, the intervention process was continued and a pre-feasibility of the main services developed by the BAKATA ENVIRONMENTAL COOPERATIVE was formulated, thus promoting its commercialization in an effective manner, the study in question was exposed and discussed before the partners of the entity for their approval and their corrections since they have the experience; this task gave us as a result an in-depth investigation of the community to which they are directed (Suba Locality) in wider areas such as what is called legal, social, economic, and geographical. Among the different shortcomings that were found in the commercialization, a great gap was found in marketing strategies, which means that they do not have advertising means to make themselves known to their clients, nor do they adapt to the new technologies that today day they keep the human being connected with the world. But in order to make a contribution in this regard, it was necessary to complete aspects that were not 100% completed, such as the restructuring of its mission, vision, institutional logo, among others (With the participation of partners and affiliates). Considering that the restructuring that was carried out is correct, the idea of designing and creating a brochure model, having a web page, making recognition cards for the entity, among others, is considered; waiting as a result the ideal closeness between client and service provider. All the aforementioned work has the objective of feeding a stipulated design for the structuring of a model that helps evaluate the value proposal and design a CANVAS that directly analyzes all the key points of the success of a commercial development
