A pilot performance evaluation test was conducted for the administrative areas of the One Work Shop organization, which is a business advertising agency, which was designed in three parts called: General skills: Leadership, communication, customer orientation and teamwork. Specific competences: competences according to the profile of the evaluated person's position. Self-appraisal. Once this questionnaire was completed, a measurement was made of each question called "semaphore" which consisted of a value classification per question. Maintaining the range used which consisted of: 4. Totally agree 3. Agree 2. Disagree 1. Totally disagree. Maintaining this measurement range, a pertinent classification of each resolved question was made. The results and improvement plans that were used as a proposal for the One Work Shop company were presented to the organization.
