SwissAndina Tourism S.A. It is a Travel Agency that has been in the market for 15 years. Thanks to this trajectory it has been placed in the first positions, competing with agencies such as Aviatur, Carlson Wagonlit, BTI, among others. Its portfolio of services has allowed it to reach each of the clients with quality and efficiency, generating in its passengers security and confidence in their trips. In view of the fact that the day to day market is more demanding, SwissAndina Tourism has seen the need to expand its services. That is why in order to reach customers in an agile and timely manner, the SWISS EL DORADO strategy is announced, which consists of opening a new office at El Dorado Airport in the city of Bogotá. For this purpose, the Positioning, Competitiveness and customer surveys were used1; Obtaining the information that would allow to know the viability of the strategy.
