In the present project, the implementation of an integrated management system based on the ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 standards is described for the chicken fattening process in the company Pollo Andino SA, the purpose of this implementation is to improve the management internal and external of the organization thus contributing to the generation of multiple benefits such as administrative, optimization of resources, improvement of working conditions, less environmental impact, acceptance of the rules and legal requirements.
