The importance of the Quality Management system in the Health Services Providers is based on the strategic planning, continuous improvement and the regulatory requirements of the different control entities that supervise the entity, of which the activities that it does are observed. the Colombian State to ensure health care that is consistent with the needs of users. In the following work presented, we refer to the audit conducted at the ASOTRAUMA S.A.S. Clinic. in the city of Ibagué Department of Tolima, where we focus on the third standard of empowerment, called Endowment according to Resolution 2003 of 2014, with the main objective of verifying its correct implementation in the Emergency, Hospitalization and Pharmacy services in said IPS, and thus inspect that the clinic works with the minimum requirements to be enabled and aim at the correct safety of the patient, users and others, by reducing and controlling the risk. The fulfillment of this objective depends on the existence of biomedical equipment according to the equipment offered by the entity.
