Resumen
This work is part of a research carried out in the line of psychoanalysis and social field research of the cooperative university of Colombia entitled; Subject, psychopathology and psychoanalysis: Ideology of mental disorders in Colombia in the 21st century. Research whose main objective was to investigate the ideological frameworks that sustain the current classifications of psychopathology and their consequences in psychological practice in the field of mental health in Colombia and how psychoanalysis from listening can be located within these practices. This document shows a documentary review about topics such as madness from different perspectives, mental disorders and diagnostic manuals currently used in Colombia, the analysis of the programmatic contents of some Colombian Universities that have allowed the maintenance of psychological practices where there is no individual subject, but a subject typecast in a few categories and diagnoses that little or nothing allow the relief of psychic discomfort, since they are practices subject to the political and especially economic power that prevails in Colombia and around the world. For this reason a critique is presented, but also a proposal given by some professionals about a new way of educating in Colombia to improve the practice of the most humanized Colombian psychologist.
