Resumen
The study of relevance and incidence of specialization in senior management and solidarity economy is one of the main tools of the program to assess, first, the social, cultural, economic and political impact produced by graduates in the workplace where they operate. Secondly, it helps to determine if this level of academic training works as an instrument to improve, among other aspects, the salary level and the link in the job market. Likewise, it identifies the needs or requirements that, according to the graduates, they need to improve their working projection, as well as the connection in entities of the solidary sector, both regional and national. To comply with the objectives of this study, it was necessary to adjust the instrument, which was structured in the form of a survey, since this was the best way to gather the necessary information to evaluate the relevance of the program and the incidence of the graduates and thus be able to make a comparison with the research carried out in 2016, this way we had information that helped measure the evolution over time. This comparison allowed identifying those aspects in which the program and its graduates have shown improvement, as well as the areas that show certain weaknesses. Through the process of systematization and analysis of the answers to the questions, it was possible to establish that 72.73% of the graduates work as employees while 18.18% work independently. At present, 19.48% work as a company manager, 11.69% are professors in at least one higher education institution. 12.99% of the graduates have been linked in organizations of the solidarity economy sector in regional cooperatives, while 5.19% in cooperatives of national coverage. 61.04% consider that the job possibilities are good when they are graduated from the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia. The 22.08% have received awards for their professional merits and work performance at the local level, and 9.09% have obtained them nationally. It was possible to establish that 40.26% of the graduates consider that the Specialization in High Management and Solidarity Economy achieved highly satisfactory results for their socioeconomic mobility. Likewise, 40.26% of the graduates would return to study at the Institution having as main reason the quality of the training received and 96% of the graduates would recommend another professional to pursue the specialization in Senior Management and Solidarity Economy at the Cooperativa de Colombia University Villavicencio headquarters.
