Resumen
Companies seek that people can externalize the best of themselves and genuinely strive for it, consequently they must guarantee scenarios in which working conditions allow that effort to materialize for their own benefit and that of their stakeholders. It is important to emphasize that if we want to reignite the flame of innovation and passion, we must rehumanize the work, It is good to be ambitious and want to exceed our limits, but care must be taken to install a culture of "Never enough", where you have employees climbing mountains all the time, uphill, with demands, testing how much they resist, squeezing their productivity to the maximum which machines. Because there is no time for reflection on mistakes. Therefore, we must bear in mind that the Ministry of Labor, formerly the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, developed a series of regulations that aim to generate psychosocial risk assessment processes to which employees are exposed by virtue of the performance of their responsibilities, the conditions in which it develops, the impact of its environment on it and the possible consequences that result from it. According to the information reported in the First National Survey on Health and Work Conditions, the prevalence of exposure to psychosocial risk factors is very high. These agents are the ones most frequently perceived by workers, even surpassing ergonomics. Talking about mental health is synonymous with quality of life, because it implies that human beings are interested in personal well-being and try to create optimal conditions of development in the contexts where we move, and that is how family and work will appear as spaces that they will allow the Personal I to manifest and pull for the development of the people around him, venturing with it in the relational field of the human being [Family, Social, and Workplace I], which requires a biological, psychological and spiritual balance of the Being Human. Psychosocial risks are defined as the negative psychological, physical and social consequences that derive from deficiencies in the design, organization and management of work, which can generate physiological responses [neuroendocrine reactions], emotional [feelings of anxiety, depression, alienation , apathy, among others], cognitive [restriction of perception, ability to concentrate, creativity or decision-making, others] and behavioral [abuse of alcohol, tobacco, drugs, violence, assumption of unnecessary risks, others ], that are associated with "stress", and that can be a precursor to disease in certain circumstances of intensity, frequency and duration.
