Resumen
They used female and male canines of reproductive age of the animals that enter the zoonosis center of the city of Villavicencio-Meta Colombia. Under a random random sample, 150 canines were studied for 5 months divided into groups of 30 animals, which were subjected to a complete semiologic examination and blood sampling for semiologic examination. The different serotypes were evaluated by microscopic lysis agglutination (MAT) using serum dilutions 1/100, 1/200, 1/400; Positive in any of the 3 dilutions and negative when <1/100. The predictive model of decision trees with validation in the confusion matrix and the rock curve were the basis of the statistical analysis. Results. A general seropositivity of 52% (78 canines) was found; For the icterohaemorrhagiae serotype 34.7% (52 canines) and for the Canicola serotype 17.3% (26 canines), the model from its dichotomous variable predicts, by gender, age and weight in the passage of time. Conclusion. The study concludes that leptospirosis is a problem in the center of zoonoses and in Villavicencio, which according to the prediction study would increase from variables, sex, age and weight. This implies conducting interdisciplinary epidemiological research in Villavicencio. which makes it necessary to implement preventive and control measures for the Disease.
