Resumen
The functions that are carried out from the Human Talent area in public entities, are aimed at implementing strategies that generate proactive environments for work performance. The objective of this undergraduate work is the construction of the Incentives and Non-Pecuniary Stimulus Plan of the Municipal Government of Arauca, as a strategy to influence the performance of public officials, through a qualitative methodology and a descriptive method. The official document of the Non-Pecuniary Incentive and Incentive Plan was obtained with each one of the management activities to achieve assertive coercion of work performance, obtaining as main finding the great interest of the entity regarding the issue of incentives, and by the opinion of the public servants about the non-pecuniary stimuli that they consider most important for the labor service.
