This state of the art aims to identify the didactics used in a human resources training plan at present, according to the expert authors a bibliographic compilation was made that allowed us to recognize the most used didactics within the training in organizations, the compilation was developed taking into account first the concepts related to didactics and training, from this begins the search by the authors who will work on these topics from the psychology of organizations, with the information obtained we start the search, filtering those authors who in their positions had the didactic to be worked on in a training. The purpose of this research is to create in a document that allows to develop a comprehensive training plan regarding the formation of Human Resources in organizations, it is developed for academic purposes, however it is not ruled out that it can serve as a guide to carry out tasks of this nature in organizations. To develop the bibliographic compilation about training in human resources, we start from the experiences and results achieved by Porret, 2008; Chiavenato 1983; Pardo and López, 2002; Dessler and Varela, 2011; Hill, Estrada and Bosch, 2003; Muchinsky, P. 2007; and Furnham 2001, which collect and group the considerations for the realization of Human Resources training using a variety of didactics that favor the personal development of workers and therefore the competitive factor of the organization in the context that is developed and as demanded by the trend towards globalization. The bibliographic information retaken by the aforementioned authors and during the development of the state of the art allowed to show that within the organizations, work must be carried out with training activities that allow the development of the skills of their employees, discovering and therefore taking advantage of the capabilities of the These aspects are also relevant to seek and consolidate sustainable competitive advantages in their environment adjusted within the training plans of the organizations.
