This sustainability report will describe the current situation regarding the issue of corporate social responsibility in the FEDEOXY employee fund; which aims to encourage the savings of its associates to strengthen the bonds of solidarity and camaraderie among its members. This Fund belongs to the tertiary sector of the economy and its economic activity is focused on the provision of services. FEDEOXY is an Employee Fund of the company Occidental de Colombia Inc .; started its activities on December 3 of the year of 1969, its main headquarters is located in career 12 # 79-32 building Orion floor 5 and currently has a headquarters in the city of Arauca (oil area Caño Limon). To carry out the report, the problem of applying a guide of Corporate Social Responsibility within the FEDEOXY organization is raised as a problem; this in order to make the organization aware of the importance of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility and the benefit that this brings to the Fund's stakeholders. The general objective of the report is based on the application of a Corporate Social Responsibility guide, for which information was collected, the current situation of the company was diagnosed and subsequently the proposal to be followed for the following year was developed. Currently, the topic of Corporate Social Responsibility within organizations has become very important; since in addition to being a current issue allows companies to be in constant interaction with different stakeholders (stakeholders) both internally and externally, this has allowed a reciprocal benefit where the company can maintain its position within the market and at the same time be recognized for its commitment at an economic, social and environmental level. As future managers and creators of companies, we have seen the importance of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility as a strategy of permanence and recognition in the market and its contribution to sustainable development. This report is structured in six chapters that include: the approach of the problem, the objectives, the methodology implemented, the analysis and interpretation of data (sustainability report), the conclusions and recommendations. It is expected that this report will be taken into account to be implemented within the company and that it serves as a bibliographic reference for all interested parties
