The present research work describes the results whose objective was to characterize the existing Enterprise Institute financial of Casanare psychosocial risk factors, to strengthen, preserve and promote the health of employees. This is a company commercial and economic management, with legal personality, administrative autonomy and budget, linked to the Ministry of economic development, as a public entity in the financial sector. The methodology applied was of type quantitative, descriptive, the design of research was not experimentalcross. Total plant workers participated 33 collaborators in those who are head of area and university professionals, administrative assistants. We used the questionnaire of intra-labor psychosocial risk factors - means, corresponding to the Ministry of Social protection (2010). Assessment of psychosocial risk factors score, allows us to infer that the organization is at a level of high and very high risk at a general level. However, intralaborales factors were a high risk for different petitions risks are perceived without risk or low risk. Conclusion the research was able to demonstrate that there are some conditions of work and the working environment that could affect them psicoemocionalmente. The theoretical bases make reference to the psychology of work, psychosocial, interpersonal risks, employee satisfaction, motivation levels, activities and areas socioaffective.
