In this project based on neuromarketing strategies, we worked on a campaign for Las Malvinas Service Station, located in Arauca. This company is a strategic ally of Terpel, the campaign was about promoting media content (videos and posts) on Las Malvinas Fan Page, related to the legal purchase of fuel, message directed to car owners and customers. This campaign was created step by step inspired in sensorial marketing. That is how we designed a short-term concept that allows us to start and leave the doors open so that the management of the Service Station, would continue to promote the campaign and also attracting customers. It was established to work with this company because they believe advertising is a strategic ally of business growth in Arauca and since 2016 they have offline and online media advertising, which has allowed them to strengthen their monthly sales goals. The academic accompaniment in this project is based on providing new project proposals that lead to raise awareness of the relevance and importance of legal fuel purchase, which contributes to the development of the region of Arauca. With the payment of the surcharge on gasoline, the Municipal Administration has resources either to improve the roads or to generate employment. This proposal will contribute to raise awareness not only amongst the community of Arauca, but also both public and private companies and local authorities, all of this to continue on supporting proposals like these that are born from the Academy and its students.
