In the present work it is tried to emphasize how the training from the organizational psychology, contributes and influences to the improvement of the productivity, competitiveness and quality of life of the individuals inside and outside the organization. Therefore, six categories are recognized: Psychology, Organization as an entity, Training, Productivity, Competitiveness and Quality of Life, through a state of the art. Subsequently, a detailed qualitative analysis is carried out, where the different positions that explain its importance and strategic value are sought. For the above, we make use of bibliographic references analysis under the RAE (Analytical Summary of the Writing) scheme, in order to simplify in a precise and practical way the information available from the year 2000, to the present. Finally, a series of recommendations for organizations, employees and the university that seek to implement a training plan, from the organizational psychology.
