The present work has as objective to refer as the interculturality in the international business, influences in the development of the international negotiations in front of the globalization. To do this, a brief account is given of the relationship of international business businesses in culture, technology and innovation, communication and interculturality to provide clarity to general and homogeneous details for the search for bases at the level of globalization, obtaining as a result research. that culture is the foundation of negotiations based on the evolution of societies and their relationships through tools such as communications and the evolution of them to make way for commercial agreements for the purpose of internationalization and economic development.
