Resumen
Deli Fresh Avocado, is the proposal of a project aimed at transforming fresh avocado to pulp, where it is understood that the use of preservatives in food products can alter the natural properties of goods extracted from the ecosystem itself, stimulating changes in taste, texture, color , among others. As new consumer alternatives the world is inclined towards the acquisition of goods that minimize the environmental footprint and the contribution to public health means relevance from the consumption of products that guarantee the aforementioned. In the stores of the state of California it is common to appreciate different presentations of guacamole, which limit the use of avocado to the accompaniment of other foods on the table, for that reason a product is offered that allows the American or Latino consumer to prepare dishes to taste without Imposition of brands, whose alternative is facilitated by the packaging and pack with the confidence of being able to consume a product without preservatives. The projected business model is drawn up through the creation of an international trading company, which Colombian legislation allows companies operating in international scenarios, access to tax benefits that allow greater competitiveness within the framework of their economic activity, taking into account the regulations that authorize such an important figure to develop international trade. 13 The Valle del Cauca is a suggested place to develop the project due to its important geographical position, which allows it to be closer to the important markets in the world such as the United States and the Asian continent. The port of Buenaventura for years has stood out as the place of greater mobilization of cargo of Colombia and at the same time demands quality of the port and road infrastructure of the department, being translated, as well as an advantage for the companies that are located in the Valley. The project must be designed thinking, How to be more competitive ?, For that reason the proximity to the port of Buenaventura guarantees efficiency in the use of time for transport logistics and ease of being one or two hours from suppliers of the fruit, taking into account that the Valley has grown from 2016 to 2018 in 30% of its sowing area, thus estimating the possibility of being the second department in Colombia with the highest production of the fruit.
